Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You need to be able to form a binding agreement where you live. Keep your credentials to yourself — activity under your account is treated as yours.

You keep all ownership of everything you publish: your builds, descriptions, logos, screenshots, videos, files, Shipping Log updates and comments. VibeBook claims no ownership of your work.

To actually run the service we need your permission to host and display what you publish. You grant VibeBook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display your public content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform — for example showing your build on the homepage, in Explore, or in a social preview. This licence ends for new uses when you delete the content, allowing for backups and caches that take a short time to clear.

You are responsible for your content, and you confirm that you have the right to post it.

• ·Don't post someone else's work as your own, or anything you don't have the rights to.
• ·Don't post spam, scams, misleading claims, or bulk promotional noise.
• ·Don't post malware, phishing links, or anything designed to harm visitors.
• ·Don't harass people, or post hateful, abusive or sexually explicit material.
• ·Don't impersonate another builder or organisation.
• ·Don't try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or work around the platform's security.

Anyone can report a build, a builder, a shipping update or a comment. Administrators can hide or remove content, and can restrict or suspend accounts that break these rules. Moderation actions are recorded so decisions can be reviewed.

We aim to be proportionate: hiding a single item rather than removing an account wherever that is enough. If you think a decision was wrong, email us.

If something on VibeBook infringes your rights or impersonates you, email hello@myvibebook.com with a link to the content and an explanation of the problem. We will review it and remove content where the complaint is well-founded.

Builds link out to live products, repositories and demos that we do not control. Following an external link is at your own discretion — we do not endorse or vet the destination.

VibeBook is early-stage software provided as-is. We do not promise uptime, and features may change or be removed as the platform develops. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; VibeBook is a place to show your work, not a backup service.

To the extent the law allows, VibeBook is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can stop using VibeBook at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@myvibebook.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, normally after a warning unless the problem is severe.

These terms will change as the platform grows. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date on this page; continuing to use VibeBook means the current version applies.
